We did a 2 mile run through the park with the dogs! Down to the bay, along the boardwalk, and back home. Yesterday I spent hauling stacks of books up and down the stairs. I may still salute the sun, do some down dogs, and isolate my glutes and hammies for 20 mins so I’m not a total loser. More news to follow…
